A Letter from the Executive Director

Welcome to Consolidated Youth Services, Inc.’s official website where you will find our mission! We are a 501c3 service organization providing intervention services in our community to youth and families. Our funding comes from contracts with the Arkansas Department of Human Services.

My favorite quote is from Winston Churchill: “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”

I began my career in youth services in November 1988 here at CYS. I have worked in the positions of direct care worker, outreach case worker, facility supervisor, personnel officer, director of operations, and now as the executive director. I am also serving as the 2024-2025 president of the Arkansas Youth Services Provider Association.

In my ongoing career, I have learned we have persistent stressors in our communities and in homes which creates environments for our youth leaving them homeless, leading some to delinquency and running away.

By making connections with youth and families our staff work to assist them in building a life to become law abiding and productive members of their community.

Sincerely

Lori Clements

Exective Director
